On June 20 2024, Finance Centre for South-South Cooperation held the launch and internal discussion of the project - "Building A Knowledge-Sharing Platform For Sustainable Agricultural Development In The Global South". Director-general Wu Zhong led the discussion, and Deputy Director-General Liu Qianqian introduced the basic information of the project.
An extensive and in-depth discussion was held focusing on how to carry out the project continuously and systematically, how to develop and maintain knowledge-sharing platform while effectively producing knowledge. Experts and scholars from the World Food Programme (WFP), the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI), Fudan University, University of International Business and Economics, China Agricultural University, CD Finance, and other financial institutions actively joined the discussion and provided with profound insights.
