From November 22 to 23, 2023, Dr.Wu Zhong, Director-General of the Finance Center for South-South Cooperation was invited to attend the 8th IDC Digital Transformation Summit in Beijing and delivered a speech. The theme of the summit was "Unleashing Digital Power", where numerous industry leaders, top experts, and corporate representatives deeply discussed hot topics of digital transformation such as artificial intelligence, large models, next-generation cloud, data security, digital nativity, and sustainable development, providing more cutting-edge technologies and sustainable solutions.
Dr.Wu Zhongmade an important speech at the summit. Taking 'Micro Connect' as a case study, he emphasized the significant role and impact of digital transformation in promoting economic growth and sustainable development. He also stated that the FCSSC would actively promote cooperation among countries in the field of digitalization, and by promoting the sharing of information technology and knowledge transfer, help developing countries achieve sustainable economic and social development.
During the summit, Dr. Wu Zhong accepted interviews with IDC, sharing some experiences and insights on digital transformation.
