On May 10, 2023, the "20th Anniversary Celebration Conference between Fujian Province, China and Central Java Province, Indonesia" was held in the Central Java Provincial Government of Indonesia. On the meeting, the signing ceremony for the project of Batang Industrial park was held, witnessed by Zhou Zuyi, Secretary of the Fujian Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, and Gangar Pranovo, Governor of Central Java, Indonesia. Dr. WU, DG of FCSSC and Mr. Chen Riling, Chairman of Wanxinda Group signed the document. Mr. LU Kang, Ambassador of the Chinese Embassy in Indonesia, and Mr. Bin Dejia, Consul General of Indonesia in Guangzhou, China, attended the meeting.

This Industrial Park is in the framework of  "Two Countries, Twin Parks" between China and Indonesia. The first phase of the project will cover an area of 200 hectares, builds 1.4 million square meters of standard factory buildings, invests 330 million US dollars. It will introduce about 200 enterprises to settle in the park in the next three years., driving investment of 4 billion US dollars and creating about 200,000 jobs locally.

After the ceremony, Ambassador Lu Kang conduct a fieldvisit of the industrial park and he hoped to learn more about the overseas park, so as to support and encourage Chinese private enterprises who are interested in investing overseas.
